REGISTERING FROM YOUR SMARTPHONE

Registering from your Desktop / Laptop

 Please Remember: You MUST be a PAID PFA Member to Register for After School Events, and your membership purchase must be complete BEFORE you can access the registration page. We recommend the you Pay for your PFA Membership before registration opens, so you don't have a delay when registering for classes.

Registering from youR Smartphone

1. Go to the BWE PFA Website Homepage on your smartphone or go to the BWE PFA MembershipToolkit App. Using the App gives you the best smartphone experience and will streamline your order process. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, you can get more information HERE.
   
    
2. Select MembershipHUB from the App Menu (On the webpage, this can be accessed in the My Account Menu or from the After School Programs MORE INFORMATION Page.)
   
   
   
3.  Scroll to the PFA Online Store & Forms section and open Before & After School Program Registration. If you are not already logged in, you will be required to enter your user id & password before your forms will be displayed. If you do not see the form, please verify that it is after 12:00pm on January 11th. Registration will not be accessible until that time. If registration is open and you still do not see the form, please verify that you have paid for your BWE PFA Membership. You cannot register for classes until you have paid your membership fee.
   
   
   
4.  Your ASP form will show all the classed that your child(ren) can register take based on their grade level. Find all the classes you want to register for and choose (1) from the dropdown corresponding to the class. Be very careful to select the correct class(es) for each child. 
   
   
   
5.  Once you have selected your classes, scroll down to the REQUIRED INFORMATION section. You must fill in your parent/emergency contact information and accept the ASP waiver. Click Check-out to begin the Check-Out Process.
   
   
   
6. Click on Pay Now for payment.
   
   
   
   
   
7. Enter your payment information.
    
   
   
   
   
   
8. After you complete your transaction YOU MUST REVIEW YOUR ORDER & CONFIRM by selecting PLACE ORDER. If you skip this step, your registration will not be completed and you may miss getting a spot in your desired class.
   
    
   
   
    
9. Once your order is complete, an order confirmation screen will be displayed. Make sure you see your confirmation & receive a confirmation email to insure you have successfully completed your registration.
