During this annual event, students participate in a variety of games and activities both inside and outside the school. We need A LOT of volunteers to make this a fun and successful day for our students!
Volunteer Information

- Only BWE parents with clearances on file are able to volunteer.
- Parents should plan to be at the school for the entire day and pack a lunch.
- Field day is held rain or shine.
- Unfortunately, no spectators or siblings are allowed at Field Day.
Field Day Information
- Students should wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. If you have a shirt with your grade color, please wear it:
- Kindergarten - Orange
- 1st Grade - Purple
- 2nd Grade - Red
- 3rd Grade - Green
- 4th Grade - Tie Dye Shirts
- 5th Grade - 5th grade yellow/gold signature shirts
- Have your student wear sunscreen to school in the morning and feel free to send more, if needed. Students may also choose to wear a hat.
- Please have your child bring a water bottle. (No juice or sports drinks - please save those for your packed lunch.) Water stations will be available to students all day for refills.
- All students need to pack a lunch and will eat in their classrooms. There is NO cafeteria service on Field Day.
- Parent volunteers will NOT be able to join students in the classroom for lunch.
