Lunch Guest Days

Take some time out of your schedule, and join your student for lunch in the BWE cafeteria!

Lunch Guest Rules

• No store purchased lunches are permitted (i.e. Panera, McDonalds, Chick Fila)—only cafeteria purchased or brought from home.
• You must sit with your student.
• No younger siblings are permitted.
• No photographs are permitted to be taken.
• Volunteer Clearances are REQUIRED.
• You are permitted to sign in, go to the cafeteria, and then directly back to the office to sign out—you are NOT permitted to walk your student back to class or be in any other portion of the building.
• Your student must leave the cafeteria with their class when their teacher comes to pick them up.

*If you plan to attend, please RSVP to bwepfa@gmail.com no later than the day before the event. This will help to streamline the arrival process, have your clearances checked, and your name tag badges ready.

*If you plan to purchase a lunch in our cafeteria, please let Mrs. Hunter, our school secretary, know BEFORE 9:15 AM the morning of lunch guest day to ensure the cafeteria has the proper lunch count and enough lunches prepared. 

*Lunches ordered by parents must be paid in cash. Parents can not use their student's lunch account. 

Lunch Times

• 4th Grade:    11:00-11:30 AM
• 3rd Grade:    11:30 AM - 12 PM
• 2nd Grade:   12:00 - 12:30 PM
• 1st Grade:    12:30 - 1:00 PM
• 5th Grade:    1:00 - 1:30 PM
