Purchase Your 2023-24 BWE Yearbook!

 

2023-24 yearbooks are now on sale and may be purchased directly through our yearbook company, TreeRing. 

 

Purchase before March 3rd to take advantage of early bird pricing! After that, the cost will go up $3.00 per book.

 

Returning users should log into TreeRing using their existing TreeRing account. If an existing user does not remember their password, they can reset their own password via the log in page. New users will need to create an account. 

 

When ordering, please make sure to list your student's name, grade, and homeroom, so that we know where to deliver your student's yearbook. 

 

TreeRing offers the unique opportunity to customize the first 2 pages of your student's yearbook for free! Once you create an account and purchase a book, you are set to start customizing. You may select your background, border, font and font color, and add your own text and photos.

 

Yearbooks will be delivered to your student's classroom the last week of school. We will NOT be ordering extra books, so if you would like to ensure that your student receives a book to have signed at the end of the school year, please order by April 13th.  Orders will be taken subsequent to that time, but end of year delivery is NOT guaranteed, and you may be charged a shipping fee to have the book delivered directly to your home.

 5th Grade Yearbook Cover Design Contest

 

Our annual yearbook cover design contest is open to all BWE 5th graders.  Students have the opportunity to create and submit a cover design based on that year's BWE school theme. Our faculty and staff will then be given the difficult task of picking their favorite design in a blind survey.  

 

Mrs. Ruffennach will kick off the contest in October and cover designs will be due Nov. 10, 2023. Check out our Cover Design Rules and Guidelines.

 

 

 

 

 
It is only through the support of parents like you, that the PFA can continue to operate and provide for our students the programs, events and opportunities that it does. Please look for volunteer opportunities throughout the year, which will be published in our PFA newsletters and weekly district emails.
