In order to provide great programs, events, & opportunities for our students, plus the ability to purchase classroom items not otherwise covered by the school district, the PFA must fundraise throughout the year.

FUNDRAISING EVENTS:

Fall Sarris Candy Fundraiser

The BWE PFA’s Fall Sarris Candy Fundraiser will run from 9/28/26 - 10/19/26.  Look for a pamphlet & sales form to come home with your student(s) just prior to October 19th.

As you take orders, please complete the order forms and collect payment. Please return the white and yellow copies of the Master Sheet along with one check made payable to BWE PFA. They should be turned into your student's homeroom teacher(s) in an envelope marked "PFA."

If you would prefer to submit your orders and payment directly online, please use the QR code found on your student's brochure.

Orders will be available for pick-up in the BWE lobby on 11/16/26 during the Fall Book Fair Family Night (3:30 - 7:30 pm). If you can't make it during that time, please email the Fundraising Committee to make other arrangements- contact Marisa Ogden, Fundraising Chair at: bwepfa@gmail.com, Subject: Sarris Fundraiser. Keep an eye out for the next Spirit Wear sale COMING SOON! Items will be available for purchase at the 2026 BWE Holiday Shop event (12/3/26, 3:45 pm- 7:00 pm in the BWE Gym). Beginning the same evening, there will also be an online Spirit Wear flash sale! The online sale will offer an expanded inventory of items available for ordering, along with all available sizes of clothing. Items will be delivered in time for Holiday gift giving! Look for more information regarding the ordering link and deadline closer to the Holiday Shop. Thank you!
