Holiday Shop will be held on Wednesday, 4, 2023 from 3:45pm - 7:00pm in the BWE gym & cafeteria.

On the gym side, we will have local craft vendors with a variety of items for sale. On the cafeteria side, will be the “kids only” shop, consisting of items priced between $1 - $10. Our younger shoppers will be assigned a personal 5th grade “Elf” to assist them in making appropriate gift choices, staying on budget and completing their transaction. Elves will also help with wrapping gifts and safely returning our young shoppers back to their parent/caregiver.

Holiday Shop will also feature:

  • Concession Stand with pizza, drinks, and sweet treats;
  • Winter Wonderland Photo Booth;
  • Craft Table; and
  • A Holiday Raffle!

*Please note that the Kids Only Shop and Concession Stand are CASH ONLY. Also, please use the main entrance near the office. The gym entrance will be blocked off to make room for our vendors.

Wanted: 5th Grade Elves!

Part of the great tradition of the PFA Holiday Shop is having our 5th graders serve as “elves” to help younger students shop for gifts! Our elves will help ensure that our younger students choose appropriate gifts for the people on their shopping lists and stay within their budget, and will help them wrap their purchases. A special “Elf Training Workshop” will be held at the end of November during school to help prepare them.

Our 5th grade elves will be rewarded for their time and help with a slice of pizza and a drink at the end of their shift.

It is only through the support of parents like you, that the PFA can continue to operate and provide for our students the programs, events and opportunities that it does. Please look for volunteer opportunities throughout the year, which will be published in our PFA newsletters and weekly district emails. A list of our 2023-24 PFA COMMITTEES is located here. If you are interested in volunteering, please email bwepfa@gmail.com.
