student help needed writing Staff Appreciation notes

Each year, we ask our students to write notes of appreciation to our staff members. The notes are then complied into a book and gifted to them during that week. We plan to provide notes to ALL Staff, including nurses, custodians, secretary, support staff, recess attendants, WIN teachers, etc.

Please use the template below to have your student help us with this project and return the notes to school in a sealed envelope marked "PFA."
